    Phase 3: Packaging It All Up

    During this phase I will be combining the strategy and the chosen logo designs into a full brand guideline! I also will be spending time exporting all the file types and prepping the brand assets. It is time to get excited because you will have your own brand design in no time.

    Phase 4: Delivery

    Wohoo! This is when you crack open the champagne and celebrate. Your brand is now yours to keep and use! You can expect a brand guideline packet, all file types and the brand assets.

  • Phase 1: Discovery & Concept

    We’ll kick things off with a discussion about your project, covering the concept, style, and mood you’re envisioning. During this phase, we’ll outline the scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables. I’ll also gather references and insights to help guide the creative direction.

    Phase 2: Initial Sketches & Ideas

    Based on our conversation, I’ll create rough sketches or concept designs to give you an idea of the direction we’re heading. This is a chance for you to see the composition and provide feedback on any adjustments.

    Phase 3: Packaging It All Up

    Once the concept is approved, I’ll develop the final illustration by adding color, textures, and intricate details. You’ll have an opportunity to review and request adjustments during this phase. It is time to get excited because you will have your own illustration design in no time.

    Phase 4: Delivery

    Hooray! Your illustration is ready to shine. You’ll receive high-resolution digital files (JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI) prepared for print or web use. Files will be delivered securely via email or cloud storage, and I’ll ensure everything is optimized for your specific needs.

  • You can fill out the contact form on my website or send me an email to discuss your project. Once we finalize the scope, I’ll provide a contract and an invoice to get started.

  • Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project. For smaller projects like single illustrations or business cards, it’s typically 1–2 weeks. Larger projects, like full branding or multiple illustrations, can take 3–6 weeks.

  • Yes! You will get a brand guidelines packet that teaches you how to use the logos, colors and where to buy the proper font license. My goal is to help you feel 100% confident taking the world by storm with your new look. 

  • Yes! If you need your project completed faster, let me know. Rush fees may apply depending on the timeline.

  • I offer 2–3 rounds of revisions, depending on the service. Additional revisions can be accommodated for an extra fee.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment plans are available for larger projects.

  • Final files are delivered in high-resolution formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS) suitable for both print and web. I can also include specific file types upon request.
